Two towers can be seen on the plant property in the foreground and a third tower can be seen in the background on the Canadian shoreline of the Detroit River. The towers are being prepared for the raising of electric power lines over the river to create an interconnection between the Delray electric power plant in Detroit and the Ontario Hydro J. C. Keith Generating Station in Windsor, Ontario.
