Black and white photo showing a view of the aft section of the tugboat, Michael Sabadash, that is tied up at the dock at the Detroit Edison Delray electric power plant while a crane loads a cable reel and holder onto the deck. Three workmen can be seen in the background. The side of the cable reel is stamped with lettering that shows "Aluminum Company of Canada, Limited." The tugboat and its crew are assisting in the construction of aerial power lines across the Detroit River which will form an interconnection between the Delray electric power plant in Detroit and the Ontario Hydro J. C. Keith Generating Station in Windsor, Ontario. The Detroit River can be seen in the left and center background area of the photo. Steel plant buildings on Zug Island can be seen in the right background area.
