The tugboat is tied up at the dock at the Detroit Edison Marysville electric power plant while a crane loads a cable reel onto the deck. One group of workers can be seen on the dock and another group is on the tugboat deck. The work crews are assisting in the construction of an aerial power line across the St. Clair River which will form an interconnection between the Marysville electric power plant in Detroit and Ontario Hydro transmission lines located just south of Sarnia, Ontario.
