Photograph (and 1 copy). Black and white photo showing the aerial power lines that were recently constructed (September, 1953) across the St. Clair River. The Detroit Edison Marysville electric power plant property can be seen in the foreground as well as a tall steel lattice transmission line tower that supports power lines across the river. A similar tower can be seen in the background on the Canadian shoreline. The aerial power lines form an interconnection between the Marysville power plant and Ontario Hydro transmission lines located just south of Sarnia, Ontario.
