Black and white photo showing two men who are observing work that is being done on a steam turbine generating unit that is located inside a power plant building (probably Detroit Edison Marysville). The two men are attendees at the "Partners in Progress" dedication ceremony for the recently completed power interconnections across the Detroit River and the St. Clair River between the Detroit Edison Company and Ontario Hydro. The ceremony was held on December 18, 1953, at the Marysville power plant. The two men are not facing the camera and are not identified.
