Black and white photographic print of the Collector's Corner Exhibit entitled, "Cookbooks Galore!" featured inside the Detroit Historical Museum, May - August 1964. Cookbooks from the collection of Mrs. Howard Peckham are displayed throughout the exhibit. Displayed in the exhibit case are books which not only feature recipes, but domestic arts as well. Signage in the lower right corner of the exhibit reads, "Mackenzie's Five Thousand Receipts in All the Useful and Domestic Arts, or a 'do it yourself' book was popular enough in England to warrant publication in the United States. It was edited by an American physician and issued in 1829."
