Black and white photographic print of pewter housewares featured in the Collector's Corner Exhibit inside the Detroit Historical Museum, January - May, 1971. Signage affixed to the rear of exhibit reads, "All the pewter here but one piece is contemporary - meant to be used in a modern table setting. The only exception is the soap container in the lower right. This portable soap dish snaps open and shut like a coin purse. It is unmarked and probably dates from the mid-nineteenth century."
