Black and white photographic print of the Collector's Corner Exhibit which features the "Black Doll Exhibit," displayed inside the Detroit Historical Museum, May - August, 1974. Signage affixed to the rear of the display reads, "Baby dolls that looked more like real babies became popular in the 1920s. These black baby dolls were all made in the 1920s. Although some were assembled and sold by American companies, the porcelain heads were made by German manufactures."
