Several figures are on board, bracing themselves. Cranes and a building on the shore are visible in the background. The photo is mounted on black cardboard. A newspaper clipping of a half-tone portrait photo of a man with a mustache and wearing a pince-nez is pasted to the verso of the card. Only a portion of the caption below survives, "Supervisor [...] Trenton Official [...] the Most Talk [...] River Distr [...]."
