Two sepia-toned photos of Belle Isle canals pasted back to back. The recto is an image of the bridge spanning the canal to the southeast of the Belle Isle Casino, which is visible in the background. A tree grows at an acute angle over the canal in the foreground. The verso is a close-up of the water in one of the canals. A cement wall runs along the edge of the water near the top edge. Two cables are hung horizontally over the water. Distorted reflections are captured in the water, and the water reflects light in wavy patterns along the wall.
