Black and white photographic print depicting the seat of Detroit, which was previously in the Council Chamber in old City Hall, displayed above the Woodward Avenue entrance to the Detroit Historical Museum in Round Hall. The photo was presumably taken during the dedication ceremony for the neighboring David E. Heineman plaque on October 16, 1983.
