Black and white photographic print of the dedication ceremonies of the Anthony Wayne plaque, held in the outdoor plaza of the Pontchartrain Hotel, May 1967. Detroit Historical Museum Director, Mr. Henry D. Brown stands behind the podium and is giving a speech prior to the presentation. Patrons are seated in chairs before Mr. Brown, and a military honor guard accompanies the ceremonies. A military reenactor stands adjacent to the plaque affixed to the wall of the hotel. Handwritten on the verso, "Henry D. Brown, Speaker."
