Adult Movies - Woodward Ave.

Black and white photographic print mounted on board depicting an African American woman standing on a corner across from the Wood-Six Twin Theatre on the southwest corner of Woodward and Geneva Avenues in the Highland Park State Bank Building. The signs on either side of the doorway read "1. All Male Movies, Adults Only XXX" and "2. Adult Movies Plus Live Show XXX". A small sign in the right window reads "Live Girls, Next Show 4:30" and a sign on the building just to the right reads "Escorted Ladies Admitted at ½ Price: Double Your Pleasure, Bring Your Beautiful Sweetheart or Wife". The building to the left has a sign that reads "Adult Movies" and in the window is a sign reading "Peep Shows: 36 Movies, New Movies Weekly". Dated April 27th, 1982.
