Dinner In Honor of Gilda Gray, Polish Activities League, Feb. 22, 1928
One large sepia-toned photograph of a group of women who are attending a "Dinner In Honor of Gilda Gray, Polish Activities League, Feb. 22, 1928." The elevated view shows a group of approximately 45 middle-aged women who are all well-dressed and are seated along both sides of a long banquet table that is located in a large event hall (possibly the Book-Cadillac Hotel). The long table has a white tablecloth, long floral runners down the center, large candelabrums near each end, and silverware place settings for each guest. The two-story hall has wide columns along the walls in the background as well as potted palm trees. Also visible are large windows and sets of double doors that are surrounded with decorative architectural features. Stone arches and decorative railings can be seen along an upper balcony area near the top edge of the photo. Small white printed text near the lower right corner reads "Commercial Photo Service Co. by W. A. Allen."
