Otto Rose (1888 to 19--)

Black and white photographic print mounted on board depicting Otto Rose seated in a chair outside of a stucco building smoking a pipe. A window frame and saw horse sit next to him.
On verso: "Otto Rose, German immigrant, came to the United States in 1929. He first came to Toledo where he worked for two years saving to send for his wife. Upon her arrival they moved to Detroit, living in the Lahser and Grand River area. They now live in Southfield. Otto has owned his own picture framing business since he was 55 years old. His specialty is restoration of frames and paintings. At 87 years old he is quite alert, working 7 days a week and during summer months spends his time at a summer cottage on Torch Lake."
