Skyline of Detroit from Canada

Sepia-toned print of a photograph showing a panoramic view of the "Skyline of Detroit from Canada," "Compliments of the Greater Detroit Committee" from the early 1930s. The panoramic view depicts downtown Detroit's river front with three steamers, the Greater Detroit, Greater Buffalo, and City of Cleveland in the foreground. Detroit's skyline, including the Broderick Tower, the Penobscot Building, the Dime Building, the Guardian Building, is depicted in the center of the print. A Vernor's sign is visible on the right side of the image. Two copies of this print are in the collection.
