Black and white photographic print mounted on board depicting sidewalk construction on Woodward Avenue, facing south toward the intersection of John R Street. On the east side of the street are signs reading "Lane Bryant", "A&M Coney Island", "Wright Kay & Co. Jewelers, Silversmiths, Stationers, China, Unusual Gifts. Since 1861", "Rose" and "Hudson's". On the west side of the street is a construction zone surrounded by fences and the sidewalk is covered with tarps. Construction equipment sits on both sides of the street and a bus is parked in front of Lane Bryant. Pedestrians can be seen walking along the sidewalks and cars can be seen in the street.
