Color 35mm slide of a photo taken during the unrest of 1967 by Detroit Fire Department photographer Capt. Joseph A. Mancinelli. The image shows a large multi-story industrial building, and several neighboring houses on fire. Black smoke fills much of the upper portion of the frame. Jets of water from firehouses are visible rising above a long single floor white building in the foreground. Part of a church is visible in the background on the left edge of the frame.
The slide is housed in a Kodachrome cardboard mount, stamped with "JUN 67F9."
