Linwood Sniper Lair
Color 35mm slide taken during the events of July 1967 of a "sniper lair" according to the work's title-- the second floor windows of the London Block on Linwood Street near Montgomery Avenue. Several bullet holes are visible in the glass panes and curtains. Signs for Smith Beer and Wine, below, advertising Faygo, and fresh meats are also in frame.
The slide's paper frame is printed with "6, Aug 67F3," and the title is handwritten on the frame in pencil.
