Southeastern Camp

Color 35mm slide taken during the events of July 1967 showing two young women in the foreground on the edge of the encampment of the U.S. Army's 82nd Airborne on the grounds of Southeastern High School. The two women look back toward the camera, as does a soldier standing beyond a small wall on the grounds in front of the school. Beyond him, soldiers at a bench, surrounding a jeep, and around a tent are visible.

The slide's paper frame is printed with "29, Aug 67F3," and the title is handwritten on the frame in pencil.
