Memorandum of Supplemental Agreement
One legal agreement made between William B. Gregory and the Gregory, Mayer & Thom Realty Company. The 5-page agreement, dated February 17, 1936, was typewritten in black ink on white paper that was watermarked "Defiance Bond, 100% Rag Content." The agreement gives the revised terms of a payment schedule for a transaction in which the company purchased 5263 shares of stock from William B. Gregory for $150,000. The agreement was signed by William B. Gregory and two company officers on the fifth page. The five pages are bound together in a legal-style paper binder which has two metal staples at the top edge. Typewritten text on the outside of the paper binder shows "Supplemental Agreement between William B. Gregory and Gregory, Mayer & Thom Realty Company."
A typewritten cover letter, dated February 26, 1936, from Clark, Klein, Ferris & Cook, Counselors at Law, to the Gregory, Mayer & Thom Realty Company is included with the agreement.
