Front cover from a photograph album. The cover is made of light cardboard that has a simulated brown leather front with a black construction paper back. Two holes are punched on the left edge which also has cloth reinforcement on the back. A white paper label with red and blue printed text is attached to the back of the cover in the upper left corner and shows "Form M. C-B 18. Old 548. Michigan Central Railroad Co., Valuable Package. Registered No. C 160731. The employee using this label should take receipt from Agent of Baggageman to whom he delivers the package. Agents and Train Baggageman will enter this registered package on all station and train reports same as baggage. H. P. Dearing, Gen'l Baggage Agent." Additional handwritten text on the label shows "May this help bring you safely through with best luck. Roy T. Shinn" and "Room 550 M.C. Depot, Detroit."
