Vinyl LP and jacket of Reverend C.L. Franklin's "The Fiery Furnace," an album of sermons recorded at New Bethel Baptist Church by Joe Von Battle, and released on Chess Sermon.

The cover features an illustration of men in Biblical dress. surrounded by flames, in black against a rec background. The illustration is credited to "Gross.". The back cover lists forty-seven other releases of Franklin's sermons, and images of four other album from gospel artists available through the label.

A Spartan Atlantic Thrift Center price tag was retained from the records loose shrinkwrap. The tag featured a list price of $3.98, and a sale price of $2.72.
