The Supreme Lodge forms are all dated 1914 and the Kiwanis Club forms are dated 1915. Member names include: Harry A. Young, A. S. Brown, Donald A. Johnston, Joseph G. Prance, and Ossie Robertson. It appears that the members of the Supreme Lodge, Benevolent Order Brothers of 1914 became the Kiwanis Club members of 1915.
