Ballot

Ballot card distributed by the Civic Light Opera Association of Detroit, Incorporated during the intermission of one of the performances during its 1945 "All Star Operetta" season containing a list of thirty-three operettas. The instructions ask the recipient to check the names of the ten most appealing options. A form along the left edge asks for names, addresses, and phone numbers, so that recipients may be added to the association's mailing list. 'X's and check marks have been made beside several of the titles. "X Polly," is handwritten in the lower left corner.
