One blueprint drawing entitled "Detroit Residential Manpower Center, Fort Wayne, Detroit, Michigan." The drawing shows a site plan of the existing water and gas utility lines on the fort property in the vicinity of Building nos 9, 303, 305, 308, 312, and 314. Detailed electrical and mechanical notes are shown along both sides of the plan sheet. A title block along the right edge of the sheet shows that the plans were prepared by "Robert L. Svoboda Associates Architects, 13829 West Eight Mile Road, Detroit 35, Michigan," and shows a construction bid date of September 21, 1970. The project number is shown as "7001" and the plan sheet number is "ME-1."
