The James N. Jones Building [Moross House]

One blueprint drawing entitled "The James N. Jones Building [Moross House]." The drawing (Sheet No. 1 of 7) shows a location map and plat plan of the property which was located at 1460 E. Jefferson Avenue (south side of E. Jefferson just west of Riopelle Street). The plat plan shows the lot dimensions, 33.33 feet wide x 200.48 feet deep, along with the placement location of the house on the lot. The drawing was done at a scale of 1/16 inch = 1 foot and was prepared by Mark M. Conklin, delineator, whose name is shown near the lower left corner of the plan sheet. This drawing (Survey No. Mich. 13) was prepared from measurements of the original house as part of the Works Progress Administration (WPA) Historic American Buildings Survey which was conducted in the 1930's.
