Owens Cutter, Candide,
Conversion to Single Spreader Aluminum Spar

One blueprint drawing entitled, "Owens Cutter, Candide, Conversion to Single Spreader Aluminum Spar." The drawing shows a port side exterior profile view of a sailboat. A separate half-section detail of the spar (mast) is shown at the far left side of the plan sheet and a mast step detail is shown at the top. Several handwritten dimensional markings are noted on the sheet. An ink stamp above the title block shows "John E. Bodkin & Co., 7705 E. Jefferson Ave., Detroit 14, Michigan." Presumably, this was the name of the company that fabricated the new mast. The drawing is dated August 5, 1963.
