The Crow: Dead Time #1

First issue of the three-issue limited comic book series The Crow: Dead Time, signed by James O'Barr, the creator of The Crow, who also handled cover art and is credited for the story for this series. The issue was published by Top Dollar Comics, an imprint of Kitchen Sink Comix, and was released in January 1996. The series tells the story of Joshua Zane, a 19th century Native American man who returns from the dead in the modern era as a new incarnation of the vengeance-seeking supernatural being, The Crow. In this issue, Joshua rescues a woman from a motorcycle gang who parallels the band of outlaw former Confederate soldiers who had murdered him and his family.
