Composition notebook containing the handwritten daily menus of the Detroit Club served between January 1st and March 31st, 1892. Henry Ulrich Brunner is noted as the chef on the first page. Breakfasts are listed daily. Dinners are served every day except Sunday. Free lunches are provided on Saturdays. The notebook has a brown cardstock cover, and red cloth over the spine.
