It contains 208 pages of black printed text on white paper and lists the names and addresses of Snipe Class Association officers, fleet numbers and locations, association constitution and bylaws, instructions for fleet measurers, regatta rules, lists of past race winners, and advertisements. Some black and white photographic images are included with the text.
