Book containing a profile of the J.L. Hudson Company. The booklet includes background information about Detroit's history and attractions, the downtown and Northland Center Hudson's locations, the construction of Eastland Center, and Hudson's Departments and events like the Fair Internationale, the Thanksgiving Day Parade, the Import Department and the Associated Merchandising Corporation, and the Delivery Department. The booklet includes illustrations by René Bouché, and color-coded French, Italian, and German translations accompanying the English text. The book is bound in a tan paper cover with heavy blue and green fibers, and printed with a design consisting of interlocking red and blue 'H's' with the initials "J.L." contained within squared formed in the design, and the text, "J.L. Hudson" repeated as a square border surrounding it.
