WWJ - The Detroit News

One small hardcover book entitled "WWJ - The Detroit News, the History of Radiophone Broadcasting by the Earliest and Foremost of Newspaper Stations; Together with Information on Radio for Amateur and Expert." The cover is made of tan cardboard with brown title text. It contains 95 pages of black printed text on white paper and provides a brief history of public radio broadcasting at WWJ Radio in Detroit which began on September 1, 1920. Several diagrams are included with the text along with many black and white photographic images. A table of contents page is shown at the front of the book and a glossary of radio terms is shown at the back. The book was published by the Evening News Association in 1922.
