One booklet entitled "Articles of Association and By-Laws, Lake St. Clair Fishing and Shooting Club of Detroit." The booklet has a semi-rigid brown cloth cover with gold-colored title text. It contains 20 pages of black printed text on white paper that list the articles and by-laws of the club which was originally established in 1872 as a stock corporation with a maximum of 200 members. A list of member names is shown in the back. The booklet was printed by the Gulley Book and Job Printing House of Detroit and was dated May, 1880.
