The Barlum Tower

One booklet which advertises "The Barlum Tower." It has an off-white/tan textured art paper cover with black title text on the front along with a black/yellow sketch which depicts a front corner view of the Tower. The booklet contains 12 pages of black printed text on light tan paper which discuss features and amenities of the 40-story commercial/office building that was located on Cadillac Square in downtown Detroit. The second page shows an aerial black and white photographic image of downtown Detroit and the waterfront. Also included are floorplan drawings and drawings of various interior features.
