Black and white booklet with a transcription of a speech by Roman Gibbs delivered before the Economic Club of Detroit on February 14, 1972, at Cobo Hall. The booklet consists of a short biography of Roman Gibbs, an introduction by Thomas B. Adams, Chairman of Campbell-Ewald Company, the edited text of the speech and questions from the audience. The speech, entitled "Detroit-- A balanced view", covers economic difficulties.
