It's the Talk of the Town

Staple-bound booklet promoting office space within the Cadillac Tower, published by the Barlum Tower Corporation. The booklet has a pointed top, to accommodate the illustration of the Cadillac Tower on the cover. Several insert illustrations of pairs of people talking are also on the yellow cover. Within the booklet extols the building's impressive modern design, its swift elevators, its accommodations, and the variety of spaces available, complete with floorplans. "Advisors Inc. Detroit 10M 4-50," is printed on the back cover.
