The Pontchartrain Club

Limited edition booklet which describes both the history of the Pontchartrain Club, as well as that of its namesake, Louis Phélypeaux, comte de Pontchartrain. Pontchartrain is depicted in an embossed image, along with his coat of arms, on the blue construction paper cover. The book is numbered six in a limited series, and was presented to H.M. Hastings, as per a plate on one of the flyleaves. The book includes many illustrations and was designed by Leon O. Truitt and produced by the Franklin-Barnes Press and Offset Company of Detroit. It has a matching blue construction paper envelope.
