The Somerset Apartments

One booklet which advertises "The Bagley Avenue Building and a New Bagley Avenue." The proposed 13-story commercial/office building was to be located between Bagley Avenue, Clifford Street, Middle Street, and Grand River Avenue in downtown Detroit. The softcover booklet has a heavyweight white paper cover with black title text on the front along with a multi-color drawing that depicts a front corner view of the proposed building. It has a blue/gray cord binding on the left edge and contains 24 pages of black printed text on off-white paper which show floorplans and give brief discussions of building features and amenities. Black printed text on page 24 reads "Bagley Avenue Development sponsored by the Stormfeltz-Loveley Co., Rental Agents for the Bagley Avenue Bldg.," and "Prepared by Grenell Advertising Agency."
