Booklet

The Student

One softcover booklet entitled, "The Student," which was a monthly publication of Detroit Central High School. The booklet has a brown/gray heavyweight paper cover with black title text on the front along with an image of a male high school student. It contains 42 un-numbered pages of dark brown printed text on white paper and includes short articles, poems, and department updates. Several drawings as well as black and white photographic images are included with the text. Several pages of advertisements are located at the front and back of the booklet. Although the booklet is undated, various details in several of the articles suggest a date of October, 1904.
