A Summary on Friendly Activities During the Past 12 Years [according to the translated letter from Toyota City mayor Tamotsu Sato]

Booklet detailing the first twelve years of the sister city program conducted between Detroit and Toyota, Achi, Japan. The booklet is printed in Japanese, but contains sheets between most pages providing an English translation for the majority of it. It includes introductory messages from the mayors of both cities--Roman Gribbs, and Tamotsu Sato. The booklet is divided by year, and images of activities performed as part of the arrangement are peppered throughout. A black and white aerial photo of downtown Detroit is on the front cover, and "Marian Dalton, 1973," is handwritten in pen on the back cover.
