Staple-bound booklet published by the Manufacturers National Bank of Detroit providing information on neighborhood-based issues and programs in Detroit. The booklet contains sections about Detroit's neighborhoods at the time of the bank's founding in 1933, the nature of neighborhoods, recycling and conservation, federal and state programs, Citizens' District Councils, Neighborhood City Halls, a list of helpful organizations, a bibliography, and profiles of Detroit's neighborhood organizations. The over is printed with four half-tone photos showing construction projects or residencies.
