Two Hundred and Fifty Years of Michigan Dairying

One softcover booklet entitled "Two Hundred and Fifty Years of Michigan Dairying." The front cover of the 42-page booklet shows a black and white photographic image of a herd of cows walking along a gravel road. It contains 42 pages of black printed text on white paper that give an historical overview of the dairy industry in Michigan including a discussion of early agriculture in Detroit in the 1700's. The Detroit Dairy Council is mentioned briefly near the end of the booklet. Some black and white photographic images are included with the text. The booklet was prepared by the Michigan State College Diary Department for the American Dairy Association of Michigan.
