Half fold women's suffrage tract, volume III, number 5 of "Political Equality Series," published by the National American Woman Suffrage Association in August of 1898. Features an article entitled, "When Gamblers 'Pray' and Mothers Can 'Demand.'" written by Kate E. N. Feltham of Idaho detailing the efforts of a women's suffrage group in Caldwell, Idaho to protect an ban on gambling from Constitutional challenges.
