Staple-bound booklet containing the 1953 annual report of the Y.W.C.A. of Metropolitan Detroit. The cover is blue with two intersecting white triangles. Sections titled "Our belief in the growth of the individual," "Our belief in associating people together," "Our belief in a democratic way of life," and "Our belief in building a Christian community" describe the aims of the organization. The inside of the back cover includes reports on membership and finances. A list of high the organization's leadership is printed on the back cover.
