Four panel, parallel folded brochure concerning the War Chest of Metropolitan Detroit, a charitable organization comprising the Detroit Community Fund, the United Service Organizations, the British War Relief Society, the Greek War Relief Association, the Maple Leaf Fund, the Polish American Council, the Queen Wihelmina Fund, Russian War Relief, Incorporated, United China Relief, United Jewish Relief, War Prisoners Aid and Contingency Fund for Emergencies. The cover depicts a soldier standing beside a chest of coins in front of a globe with light emanating from Detroit, as a crowd of children and a trio of women watch. Within each of the groups under the umbrella of the War Chest are described, and readers are urged to help the organization reach its $5,800,000 goal.
