The list includes Bette Davis, Walt Disney, Phil Donahue, Peggy Flemming, Bob Hope, Ann Landers, Lassie, Liberace, Burgess Meredith, Jesse Owens, George Peppard, Maureen O'Sullivan, and Ed Sullivan. The brochure contains an account of the inn's history. The front panel of the brochure is printed in brown-half tone to resemble a worn leather-bound book.
