Pontchartrain Club

One brochure which advertises the "Pontchartrain Club" building that was located at the southwest corner of Bagley and First Streets in downtown Detroit. The small, booklet-style brochure is made of pale yellow paper that shows a sepia-toned drawing on the front cover that depicts a front corner view of the decorative multi-story building. Its eight interior pages have a photographic image of the building under construction along with floorplan drawings which show the various features of the new building. The names of club officers and directors are shown on the outside back cover.
