Port Atwater

One brochure which advertises the proposed "Port Atwater" development on the downtown Detroit waterfront. The tri-fold brochure is printed in blue and gray text on heavyweight glossy white paper and shows the Port Atwater logo on the front cover along with text that reads "The Most Important Development in the History of Detroit's Waterfront." The interior pages show a color drawing of the waterfront with locations, silhouette images, and brief descriptions of various proposed residential/office/retail buildings. Accompanying text gives a brief overview of the development which was being promoted by Amerivest Properties.
