One commemorative bi-fold card issued to celebrate the 90th Anniversary of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. On the outside, the card shows a black and white photographic image of the bank under construction in about 1912. The interior has black and gray script text on a white background which gives a brief description of the event. A worn 1914 Lincoln penny is also glued inside the card.
